Please add another famous name to the list of people who have rehabbed in Arizona: Most-despised-heavily-tattooed-man-in-America the one the only Jesse James. “Jesse checked himself in to a treatment facility to deal with personal issues,” his rep told People.com this week. “He realized that this time was crucial to help himself, help his family and help save his marriage.” James’ rep didn’t say where Sandra Bullock’s wayward spouse was or what kind of treatment he was receiving. By the way, James joins other celebs who have rehabbed in Arizona, including Robbie Williams, Whitney Houston, Drew Barrymore, Kate Moss and reportedly some fellow who golfs. Super hot tennis player Rafael Nadal is denying that he is dating sexy Shakira. Maybe because they are dating other people. The No. 3 ranked tennis player in the world may be getting muy caliente with Shakira. Last week, the pair was spotted sharing a cozy meal at the W Hotel in Barcelona, and the singer, 33, and the athlete, 23, get close in Shakira’s upcoming video for her song “Gypsy,” premiering in April. “They were giggling. They’re very flirty,” a source told PEOPLE of the video shoot. “They had a lot of chemistry while they were filming.” Absent from the set to witness-said chemistry? Shakira’s longtime love Antonio de la Rua, and Maria Francisca Perello, whose relationship with Nadal went public last summer. Some men claimed to have had intimate relationship with the hunky tennis player so maybe he doesn’t like Shakira after all?

York and British tabloids are keeping track of the women linked to Tiger Woods, including an Orlando waitress and two more swimsuit models. Some have settled on six so far, and others put the count as high as eight. The Daily News says model Cori Rist, 31, was spotted with Woods as recently as four weeks ago and began calling friends this weekend to say that her relationship with Woods had begun to surface. The News quotes as saying Woods flew her to secret meetings around the country when he was competing. The News and TMZ.com  also say Woods frequented VIP rooms at the Blue Martini and Club 23, where he had been known to drop $1,500 a night.  TMZ.com reports that Woods visited Club 23 so often that managers called a private section of the lounge “The Tiger Room.”
An unidentified sources at the MGM Grand and Mandalay Bay in Vegas as saying Woods’ usual procedure was to have his bodyguards approach good-looking women. “Once the girls went to his table, he’d just take it from there,” an MGM staffer is quoted as saying.

He is currently in a relationship with Russian singer Oksana Grigorieva, who gave birth to their daughter in October. Tiger Woods marriage trouble

ABC News has joined People Magazine in reporting that Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren will get a divorce.  A source close to Woods’ wife, Elin Nordegren, told ABC News.com Wednesday that a “divorce is 100 percent on.” The same source said that Nordegren “wants all the dirty laundry to be out on the table” before she proceeds with the divorce.  The 29-year-old Nordegren has been photographed without her wedding ring.
“It would not appear that Elin Nordegren is going to be standing by her man,” Kate Coyne, senior editor at People Magazine, told Good Morning America. On Wednesday, Woods was named the top athlete of the decade by the Associated Press. To see pictures and family videos Click Here.

Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon have reportedly split up.

The Hollywood couple - who began dating in 2007 - have decided to call time on their relationship but sources insist the break-up is amicable.

One said: “There are no other people involved. The relationship just ended. It just fizzled. But they also wanted to be careful and private about it because of Reese’s kids.”

Reese - who has two children, Ava, 10, and six-year-old Deacon, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe
- and Jake were rumored to have split two weeks ago but their representatives insisted they were still very much together.

But after spending some time apart, they realized the romance was over.

The source added to E! Online: “They needed time to figure it out and they were on different coasts. When they were finally together, they talked it out and decided they’re not going to be together anymore.”
